1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using the services of Snatched by Ki, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Snatched by Ki provides professional waxing and esthetics services. All services are performed by licensed professionals. Results may vary based on individual factors including skin type, hair type, and aftercare practices.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online through our website
• A valid email address and phone number are required for booking
• You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS upon successful booking
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

4. Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our policy:

• Cancellations and reschedules made at least 2 hours before your appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged a late fee equal to 25% of the service total, automatically billed to the card on file.
• No-shows (failing to arrive for your appointment without notice) will be charged a fee equal to 35% of the service total, automatically billed to the card on file.
• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

To cancel or reschedule, you may (a) use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, (b) log in to your account at snatchedbyki.co, (c) text undo appt or reschedule to (302) 639-6215, or (d) contact us directly.

5. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of service
• We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Square)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Tips are appreciated but not required

6. Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of others:

• Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service
• Waxing is not recommended if you are using retinoids, Accutane, or certain medications
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm
• Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell

7. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for best results. We will provide aftercare instructions following your service. Snatched by Ki is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Snatched by Ki is not liable for any adverse reactions, skin irritation, or other issues that may arise from waxing services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with waxing.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

By checking the SMS consent box during online booking or account registration, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Snatched by Ki at the phone number you provide. These messages include booking confirmations, reminders, and responses to messages you initiate with us (such as texting "book" or "reschedule").

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle SMS consent and your data.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes (for example, to our cancellation policy or fees) will be communicated via email to active clients at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
