Cancellation Policy
More than 2 hours notice
No cancellation fee. Full refund if prepaid.
Less than 2 hours notice
A 25% late cancellation fee applies. Your card on file will be charged.
No-show
A 35% no-show fee will be charged to your card on file.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through any of these methods:
- Use the link in your confirmation email
- Log in to your account and manage your bookings
- Contact us directly via email or phone
Refund Policy
- Prepaid appointments cancelled at any time will receive a full refund
- Late cancellations (within 2 hours) incur a 25% fee; no-shows incur a 35% fee
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- No refunds for services already rendered
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late:
- Your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients
- In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment
- Full service price will still apply for shortened appointments due to late arrival
