  • Payment information (processed securely through Square)

  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders via email or SMS

  • Payment processors (Square) to process transactions securely
  • Service providers who assist in operating our website and business

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent box during online booking or account registration, you provide express written consent to receive transactional text messages from Snatched by Ki at the mobile phone number you provided. The consent checkbox is required to complete your booking. You may also opt in by texting START, JOIN, or UNSTOP to (302) 639-6215.

What we send. We send only transactional messages related to your appointments, including:

  • Booking confirmations and receipts
  • Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before your appointment)
  • Reschedule and cancellation notifications
  • Conversational replies when you initiate a text-to-book exchange (e.g., texting "book", "reschedule", "status", or "undo appt")

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS unless you separately opt in to that through our marketing preferences.

Message frequency: varies based on your appointment activity. A typical customer receives 3–5 messages per scheduled appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent or received. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS message from us at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START, JOIN, or UNSTOP, or by contacting us directly.

How to cancel or reschedule an appointment via SMS. To avoid conflicts with carrier opt-out keywords, please text undo appt (not "cancel") to cancel an upcoming appointment, or reschedule to move one. Texting the word "cancel" on its own will be interpreted by your mobile carrier as a request to unsubscribe from our messages.

Consent recordkeeping. When you opt in, we record the date and time, the IP address of the device used, a snapshot of the browser/device identifier, the specific version of this disclosure you saw, and the source of the consent event (e.g., web booking, SMS opt-in). We retain these records as long as your account is active and for at least four (4) years after you opt out, as required by applicable telecommunications consumer protection rules.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or any message content to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Our SMS delivery provider (Amazon Web Services End User Messaging) processes messages on our behalf solely to transmit them to and from your carrier.

Your rights. You may request a copy of your consent record or ask us to delete your phone number and SMS data by contacting contact@snatchedbyki.co.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Payment information is processed through Square's secure payment system and is never stored on our servers.
